Emma Rose Kenney, born on September 14, 1999, is an American actress. She has portrayed Deborah Gallagheron Shameless "Debbie" on Shameless (2011 until 2021) and Harris Conner–Healy in the tenth and final season.

 Kenney was born in New York City on September 14th, 1999. Her parents are Gillian Kenney, a criminal defense lawyer as well as Kevin Kenney, a sports writer who wrote previously for the New York Post and now works for Fox Sports.EmmaEmma
